ANALYSIS ENGINES
FREE analysis engines are provided below for educational use. These tools have also been used in our online courses. You will need to register with a username and password on the OpenBrIM platform to gain access to use these analytical tools.

LIVE LOAD ENGINE
Perform simple live load analysis on a multi-span continuous girder bridge using a parametric FEA object. The analysis is based on a single spine model for Canadian (CL-625) and AASHTO (HL-93) Live Loads. Outputs include unfactored moments, shears, reactions, and displacements without dynamic load allowance. Powered by OpenBrIM.

MULTI COLUMN-PILE BENT ENGINE
This parametric FEA object models a multi-column pile bent with concrete-filled steel pile piles. This engine is useful in estimating longitudinal and transverse stiffness for seismic force-based analysis. It can also be used for determining the load effects from seismic shears on individual columns/piles. Powered by OpenBrIM.
