Our practice focuses on creating value for our clients. Being a small firm means we are adept and flexible to partner with. Our technical expertise combined with our creative mindset and our propensity to collaborate means we leave no stone unturned to find the best solution. We are committed to quality work delivered on time and a high level of responsiveness.

We are also engaged in providing educational courses and conducting research and development in the area of bridge and seismic engineering. The company is fully owned by its founding partners, who are Principals of the firm and bring 20 years of bridge and seismic engineering experience each.

Saqib Khan PEng, SE
Principal
Saqib Khan has 20 years of leadership, management, design and delivery experience with a focus on bridge engineering. He has worked with both private and public sectors and has gained extensive technical experience through conducting analysis and design, as well as inspecting, assessing and supervising the construction of bridges. He has specialized knowledge of seismic design and analysis including retrofit and rehabilitation and serves as a member of the Canadian Bridge Code Sub-Committee for Seismic Design. Saqib is skilled at innovative solutions for bridge structures located in seismic areas.

Raj Singh PEng, PE
Principal
​
Over his 20 year career, Raj Singh has successfully delivered bridge projects from inception to completion. He has provided management, analysis, design and construction engineering on a wide variety of bridges types, including pedestrian, highway and long span. He has experience on projects procured via alternative delivery such as design-build and P3s. He works closely with contractors in bridge erection, including heavy lifting, jacking, sliding and incremental launching. He has demonstrated an ability to develop practical value solutions tailored to specific site constraints that save construction cost and/or duration.

Saqib specializes in bridge & seismic engineering, and design delivery. Raj brings skills in out-of-the-box solutions and a wide range of experience in bridge design & erection methodologies. They found that their individual personalities and skills complemented each other’s in surprising, and what turned out to be inseparable ways. Highway and transit bridge infrastructure are being delivered through mega alternative delivery procurement projects. More than ever before, projects demand inventive engineering that creates value for infrastructure through cost-effective and sustainable solutions. This made them eager to cultivate their own practice, one that would effectively merge their expertise with the need of the hour.
